症状描述 ： 使用Exchange Server的Outlook客户端，通过服务器收发邮件时，报错Unknown Error：0x80040600。 尝试删除“已删除邮件”文件夹中的邮件时，得到类似如下信息： “不能展开文件夹。不能打开文件夹集。在文件 C:\Documents and Settings\user\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst 中可能检测到错误。 退出所有邮件启用的应用程序，然后使用收件箱修复工具。” 阅读全文

症状描述 ： 安装第三方防火墙软件CyberArmor后，系统启动蓝屏，具体信息如下： STOP: c000021a (Fatal System Error) The Windows Logon Process System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000005 (0x0000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down. 通过安全模式进入系统后，卸载该软件后，症状消失，可以正常进入系统。 阅读全文
