微软客户帮助和支持主页 的小问题！
support.microsoft.com是我最喜爱的一个网站，几乎每天都要到里面查询一些信息，查久了发现它的一个小问题：
Stop 0x0000007B
这样的蓝屏错误号相信在看这个网站的各位都注意过，遇到问题之后，我很多时候都首先到微软客户帮助和支持主页－support.microsoft.com上面去找答案，今天突然注意了一下，微软客户帮助和支持主页的中文知识库对应的搜索机制有问题（不太清楚具体后台是怎么写的，只能说搜索机制有问题了）。
进行一下测试：

在中文知识库上面查询100％失败，看来是中文知识库的搜索机制缺陷。
这个问题，其实以前用知识库的时候我也有时候碰到这个问题，但是没引起注意，以前总GOOGLE搜KB，
说一下方法把，
访问www.google.com
关键字：STOP 0x000000EA site:microsoft.com
这样找可以各国语言的KB都搜到，并且范围很广，所以我现在主要用这个方式，不过有时候碰到Support.microsoft.com的网页开着也顺便用上面的搜索。
虽然这个不是很大的问题，但是如果看网页的有负责的微软工程师，解决一下，大家都方便么^_^。
